NextVision Sales Institute Board of Advisors is a body that provides strategic advice and assistance from outside industries and experiences to our ownership.

Felise Katz
Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
Felise Katz started her IT journey right out of college. Early on Felise started working with and for mid-size companies that needed to improve their operational excellence and communication in and for their customers. This ultimately led to her vision of what an Enterprise Solution Provider should be providing for its clients and started PKA where she assumed the CEO position in 2009.
Always challenged with the IT channel being male dominated, Felise continues to thrive on the daily tests that come her way. Today, Felise is proud to be recognized nationally as a woman-owned business enterprise by WBENC. PKA also has official women-owned status with the New York State (New York City) Department of Economic Development, Division of Minority and Women’s Business Services, and Division of Economic and Financial Opportunity.
Felise Katz has also been nationally recognized by CRN magazine as one of the top “Women of the Channel”, an honor she’s earned for the past six consecutive years.
Felise has degrees from Lehman College, Babson University and NYU. Her background is extensive in IT client solutions ranging across multiple verticals. Felise serves on many industry councils giving her the breadth of knowledge that she imparts to her team and clients on a daily basis so that they in turn can have the competitive edge in running their respective businesses.

Ken Archer
Global Channel Chief/Head of Worldwide Channel Sales
Ken Archer is the Chief Revenue Officer for Nectar. Ken oversees Nectar’s global sales, revenue goals and strategic partnerships. With over 37 years of sales and management experience in the technology sector, Ken headed and grew North American Channels for Avaya from $1B in 2005 to over $2B by 2007, and most recently served as the Vice President of Global Channels for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) where he was responsible for $8B in channel services revenue. There, he accelerated the sales and revenue growth through the design and implementation of a world class channel program. He has extensive experience in managing various channel partner organizations, managed services providers and strategic manufacturers.
Ken has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from West Chester University, an Executive Master of Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an International Business Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University/Wroxton College in the UK.

Patricia Arboleda
Women's Executive, Leadership and Career Coach
Patricia Arboleda is a successful Global Channel Executive, culturally diverse, with over 25 years of general management, sales, and marketing experience. She has been recognized in the industry for leading sales teams and designing worldwide channels and go-to-market strategies to accelerate business growth for her company and the channel ecosystem.
Patricia’s coaching programs and workshops, are designed to build confidence, get clarity and break the barriers and habits that hold women back from being the inspiring leaders they want to be. Participants recognize and develop their strengths, improve their individual, team, and organizational performance and develop the skills to set themselves apart from the crowd.

Ray Estevez
Chief Data Officer
Ray’s journey to Chief Data Officer consists of successful growth and development experiences at JP Morgan, Time Warner, 24/7 Media, ORB, V12 Group, V12 Data, and True Influence.
Ray Estevez is currently the Chief Data Officer at True Influence. He previously co-founded V12 Group and helped grow the company until it was acquired by Datamentors in 2016. He has over 30 years of leadership experience in the fields of information technology, digital marketing, and data management. A proud product of New York’s inner city and public school.
Ray is a member of Forbes CIO Network, TECHLATINO, and serves on the Board of Advisors of Rebel Visions Corporation and NextVision Sales Institute. Ever an advocate for his team, he encourages education, open communication and work-life balance. He acts as a mentor to numerous college students, and prior colleagues that are now CEOs.

Valerie Small, Ph.D.
Cultural Strategist
Dr. Small is an Adjunct Professor at Berkeley College teaching courses in Introduction to Applied Psychology, Human Relations, Marriage and Family, Feminist Thought, and a course in Justice and the Media. She completed her Ph.D. in Sociology and Media at The New School for Social Research in New York City. Her expertise is in Cultural Studies, which includes Gender, Race, and Religion with a minor in Construction of Memory. She is certified in Mental Health First Aid for Adults and Youths.
Her seminars and workshops are designed to empower individuals to take action in developing the “self” –– self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-awareness, equipping them to navigate through life’s challenging cycles.
Dr. Small’s broadcast television experience has allowed her to conduct in-depth research, pursue investigative stories effectively, and conduct probing-engaging interviews, which expands her expertise in working with diverse communities.

What messages are you really conveying when in conversation with others? It is not what you say, but how it is said. You want to get attract, build, and maintain lasting relationships. This transpires through the language you are using in addition to your “tonality.”
What is separating you from communicating effectively with ____? Exploring the many “hidden” communication devices (toolbox), that one has, but is not consciously aware that they exist.
This workshop consists of several “listening” exercises including role- playing and feedback sharing.
Exploring the effectiveness of small group settings and good team leadership. We discuss the many challenges a group encounters from the Forming Stage to the Adjourning Stage.
Many grapple with their personal choices and often are not sure if they made the “right” decision. This workshop gives opportunity for one to self-soul-search and analyze prior, present and future decisions they have and will experience.
