Felise Katz

Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder

Felise Katz started her IT journey right out of college. Early on Felise started working with and for mid-size companies that needed to improve their operational excellence and communication in and for their customers. This ultimately led to her vision of what an Enterprise Solution Provider should be providing for its clients and started PKA where she assumed the CEO position in 2009.

Always challenged with the IT channel being male dominated, Felise continues to thrive on the daily tests that come her way. Today, Felise is proud to be recognized nationally as a woman-owned business enterprise by WBENC. PKA also has official women-owned status with the New York State (New York City) Department of Economic Development, Division of Minority and Women’s Business Services, and Division of Economic and Financial Opportunity.

Felise Katz has also been nationally recognized by CRN magazine as one of the top “Women of the Channel”, an honor she’s earned for the past six consecutive years.

Felise has degrees from Lehman College, Babson University and NYU. Her background is extensive in IT client solutions ranging across multiple verticals. Felise serves on many industry councils giving her the breadth of knowledge that she imparts to her team and clients on a daily basis so that they in turn can have the competitive edge in running their respective businesses.

Dr. Small's Programs

What messages are you really conveying when in conversation with others? It is not what you say, but how it is said. You want to get attract, build, and maintain lasting relationships. This transpires through the language you are using in addition to your “tonality.”

What is separating you from communicating effectively with ____? Exploring the many “hidden” communication devices (toolbox), that one has, but is not consciously aware that they exist.

This workshop consists of several “listening” exercises including role- playing and feedback sharing.

Exploring the effectiveness of small group settings and good team leadership. We discuss the many challenges a group encounters from the Forming Stage to the Adjourning Stage.

Many grapple with their personal choices and often are not sure if they made the “right” decision. This workshop gives opportunity for one to self-soul-search and analyze prior, present and future decisions they have and will experience.
